Paid Monthly Stipend Model

Unlike traditional studies, Ausbildung students do not require a Blocked Account (Sperrkonto). Instead, the host company pays a monthly training stipend, which grows each year of the program.

*Note: Stipends are governed by minimum wage training directives in Germany (Mindestausbildungsvergütung).

Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualification

12th Grade (HSC / Intermediate) or Diploma. College graduation is not mandatory.

German Competency

B1 or B2 level Goethe/TELC certificate is strictly required to process school enrollment.

Age Guidelines

Typically between 18 to 30 years at the time of visa application file submission.
